We are on a mission to ensure that no one is left behind and hindered from asking for or giving help. We pledge to put in our absolute best to meet everyone's expectations. To make this a possibility, we need all the support that we can get to fund the development of our services and platform.

 

For organisers, It's completely free to sign up and create a Campaign or Fund. The platform fee is applied into the donation proceeds which will usually be done automatically after the Campaign or Fund ended. If the Campaign or Fund has been permitted into the BantulahSubsidi program, the organisers will retain 100% of the collected donations. For non-BantulahSubsidi Campaigns or Funds, the current rate of our Platform Fee is at a maximum of 5%.

For donors, the standard processing costs will be added to each donations. Toyyibpay & FPX (Payment Processors) will add RM1 to each and every donation submitted through Bantulah. Bantulah takes 0% from the Payment Processors' charges.

For BantulahSubsidi Campaigns or Funds, Bantulah will charge absolutely 0% from your donation proceeds. Organisers will take in 100% of the collected donations! * Due to MCO, Bantulah offers every Campaign or Fund created in the period of 12 months after our Beta Version launch (July 2021) an automatic admission into the BantulahSubsidi program

For non-BantulahSubsidi Campaigns or Funds, Bantulah will charge a rate at a maximum of 5% from your donation proceeds to maintain our platform and services that we serve. We will constantly try our best to lower the rate in time
