Permission and Approval through the Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Affairs Department (JHEAINS), namely letter JHEAINS.196 (09) BPMS.389/3 Volume.10 (6) dated 22 January 2026. The cost of building the Tiara Sendayan surau is estimated at RM 500,000.00
